Delivery & Payment

At the checkout, you can choose the delivery method that is available for your region and see which delivery times apply. We strive to have all our items in stock. Should a product not be available for immediate delivery it will be clearly stated beside the product. Should we be unable to fulfil the agreed delivery date then we will contact you. Should the package not arrive please inform us within 14 days of the order date. Your package may be delayed during national holidays, festivals or transport disruptions. Note that changes in delivery may occur during the weekends. For countries outside the EU there may be additional local charges such as taxes and customs fees to be paid by the customer. 

DELIVERY

Due to the current pandemic and COVID-19 virus, our shipping carriers
are under greater pressure than usual, and more road traffic can occur in certain areas. Therefore, delays in our standard deliveries may occur. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
 
After purchasing your items an order confirmation will be sent to you. Please read through it carefully and ensure that all details are correct. When your order is ready to be delivered from our warehouse, you will also receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking number to the email address that you have registered during checkout.  

STANDARD DELIVERY

Our warehouse usually packs your order within 24 hours from ordering (valid from Mondays to Fridays).  

Delivery time:

United Kingdom: 3-5 working days.
Within the EU: 4-8 working days.
Outside the EU: Delivery times vary depending on which country the package is going to.

Usually, orders are sent with UPS Standard and delivered home to you or to your mailbox. Bulky packages will be sent to your nearest post office where you can fetch it later.

Some orders are also sent via the local post. Please have a look at your local post’s website with the tracking number provided in the delivery confirmation or contact customer service for more information.

Variations may occur when delivering to remote locations or due to national holidays.

UPS EXPRESS 1-2 WORKING DAYS

All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2pm local time (GMT+1) will be sent the same day. 
Countries covered: Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Switzerland. Delivery to countries other than those listed above takes 1-4 working days (UPS). 
 
Variations may occur when delivering to remote locations or due to national holidays.

PAYMENT

Every price is provided inclusive of VAT. Apart from the price of the product, there may be additional costs for payment and delivery depending on which method you choose. Information regarding prices, terms of delivery and payment methods are clearly shown at the checkout. The total sum to be paid will clearly be shown before you confirm your order or confirm the amount to be paid. 

Campaigns or price reductions will be applied either to the product or by giving a discount code stated in our website. Our campaigns and offers are valid as long as stocks last or until a given end date.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

You can purchase goods from TopHair. by using Visa, Mastercard, Diners or American Express cards which are approved for internet shopping via Adyen payment. No extra charges apply. The amount to be paid is reserved on your card but will first be debited when your products are sent to you. Payment exchange (Adyen) which all credit card payments go through meets the requirements for PCI-DSS. We reserve the right to verify the payment card’s validity, that sufficient funds are available to cover the value of the order, and that the holder’s address details are correct. We may refuse a purchase as a result of this information.
We have an agreement with Secure by Visa. This could mean that you are required to get approval from your credit card supplier to be able to use this function. You can this by contacting your bank or logging into your bank account.

PAYPAL

Pay quickly and more securely by using PayPal. You can choose to fund your payment from your PayPal balance or via a debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account.
